This hands on workshop introduces the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) through an interactive role playing game. Participants play the roles, e.g. Business Analyst / Product Owner, UX Designer, Developer and Tester, orchestrated by a Project Manager.
• Practical exposure to every SDLC stage with typical software development roles.
• Hands-on experience by translating requirements into working code.
• Insight into AI assisted prototyping while still requiring experienced oversight.
• A tangible prototype that can be further developed.
• Soft skill development and the basics of agile methods.
The workshop is fully customizable for any background, education level, or skill set and no technical experience is required. The following groups can particularly benefit:
• Non technical professionals (subject matter experts, managers, consultants) who will support software development or implementation projects.
• High school students exploring IT as a possible career path.
• Technical University students or early career professionals who want to prepare for future roles in software development and its lifecycle.
We adapt the roles, SDLC depth, and the prototype app to match the participants’ technical knowledge and professional interests. The workshop will be unique to your purpose.
We are looking forward to speak with you!
